Speech Therapist in Bellevue, WA
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 educational setting in Bellevue, WA. This contract position offers a 37.5-hour workweek and involves managing a caseload of approximately 50 students across preK-12 grades. Caseload assignments will be thoughtfully aligned with individual staff strengths to maximize effectiveness and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in preK-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington State SLP license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working in school settings is advantageous
