Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Washington.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children within a school environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
