Speech and Language Pathologist - Bellevue, WA
A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a leave position in a school setting near Bellevue, WA. This role offers flexibility with the option to work either one day per week or up to four days per week, starting immediately through March 27, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of preschool through elementary-age students.
- Manage either 9 preschool students (1 day per week) or approximately 36 students across preschool to elementary levels (4 days per week).
- Deliver therapy sessions in-person to support student communication and language development.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification specific to the state of Washington.
- Experience working in school-based speech therapy, especially with preschool and elementary students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Location:
- Poulsbo, WA (near Bellevue).
