What you’ll contribute:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working in early childhood or elementary school settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy plans
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and progress monitoring
Day-to-day impact:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to K-2 students
- Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders according to best practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings; write clear, comprehensive reports and maintain progress records
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents for carryover and support
