Travel School Speech Language Pathologist - Bel Air, Maryland

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to preschool (community school locations), elementary (PreK–5), and middle school (6–8) students.
- Provide itinerant services across assigned schools including Magnolia Elementary, Prospect Mill Elementary, Aberdeen Middle School, and local community preschool settings.
- Collaborate and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) supporting speech services.
- Maintain compliance with district policies including House Bill 486 background checks, fingerprinting, and employment history review.
- Manage caseload effectively during scheduled hours and ensure documentation meets regulatory and educational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Maryland Professional Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments preferred.
- Ability to supervise SLPAs is a must.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Background check and fingerprint clearance under House Bill 486 required.
Schedule and Locations:
- Full-time positions – 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Part-time position available – 30 hours per week with potential for additional days.
- Start dates vary from January to March 2026 with assignments extending through the school year and optional Extended School Year (ESY) services in July.
- Assignments require travel within the Baltimore area schools, including itinerant preschool work.
