- Caseload: Primarily elementary school students with a communication focus (approximately five students) and part-time responsibilities with high school students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland license for Speech Language Pathology
- Certification in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required
- Experience working in school-based settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
