Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bear, DE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required (please attach documentation with your application)
- Experience working as an SLP with school-aged children, including pediatric and healthcare settings
- Knowledge or experience with teletherapy is a plus but not required
- New graduates eligible for their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Ability to clear required background checks and willingness to complete fingerprinting and child protective registry checks
- TB test required for onsite providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students based on individualized education plans
- Evaluate, assess, and document students’ speech and language needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain detailed and timely progress notes and reports
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
