Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, including those with autism.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports aligned with school and state guidelines.

- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of tailored intervention plans.
- Ensure therapy sessions are conducted onsite, fostering direct interaction with students in their learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working in schools, preferably with elementary-aged children.
