Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Baytown, TX

Ideal candidates will bring proven school-based SLP skills, including assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educational teams. Given the current needs, only SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) can be considered, as there is no supervision available for Clinical Fellows.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience, especially in high school settings, preferred
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and case management skills
- Experience supporting students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations
- Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services to high school students
- Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and strategies to educators and families
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
