School Speech Language Pathologist - Vancouver, Washington
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the Spring 2026 semester, focused on supporting an elementary caseload in an in-person school setting in Vancouver, WA. This position offers a supportive environment where supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is not required, allowing you to concentrate on direct service provision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings as needed to support student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP certification or in possession of SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working within a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively
- Willingness to start in March 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start
