Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP license for the State of Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Experience with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 65 students
- Ability to work collaboratively across two school locations; flexible scheduling skills are a must
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students onsite
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations
