School Speech Language Pathologist - Baltimore, Maryland

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
In this role, you'll:
- Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's abilities and goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with educators and parents to promote student success and advocate for their needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goals
