Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credential
- California state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort with telepractice and technology platforms, or willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress
- Maintain documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Communicate collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Utilize VOCO or on-site interventions to deliver high-quality therapy, adapting to student needs
