Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience or interest in providing services to pediatric and school-aged populations
- Ability to manage and deliver therapy to diverse groups spanning elementary, middle, and high school grades (Pre-K through 12th)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with IEPs, documentation, and working as part of an educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across multiple grade levels, addressing a variety of developmental and academic needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP and school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide both pull-out and classroom-integrated therapy services as needed
