A dynamic opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide full-time, on-site services within a vibrant school district in the Denver Aurora area. This travel assignment focuses primarily on delivering specialized support to elementary-age students, offering the chance to impact young learners’ communication development.

Location: Aurora, Colorado (On-site only, no virtual option)
Assignment Duration: ASAP through 5/21/2026, with strong potential for renewal for the 2026/2027 school year
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 25 to 45 students, predominantly in the elementary age range; caseload may vary by assignment
Professional Development: Providers can attend and bill for district-approved professional development days

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) Certification
  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • Able to complete background check and fingerprinting as required by the district
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies
  • Participate in professional development opportunities
  • Manage a caseload with a focus on elementary students’ communication needs
