Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, CO

What you’ll bring:
- Minimum Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification
- Active Colorado SLP License (acceptable: Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth–21)
- Experience or strong interest in working within PreK-12 settings
- Ability to complete a background check via the district website
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services for students in a school-based setting (number of schools assigned TBD)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support each student’s development and learning goals
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress effectively
- Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for learners
