What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Valid (or eligible) state licensure for SLP practice
- Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
- Strong collaborative skills with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings and evaluation processes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure an integrated approach to student care
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication concerns
- Serve as a resource for colleagues regarding speech and language development strategies
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
