A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in school settings, serving primarily elementary and high school students in the Denver, Colorado area. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA CCC)
- Certified by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) for school settings
- Experience working with elementary and high school students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain documentation in a timely manner
Location and Contract Details:
- Position based in the Denver, Colorado area, primarily serving schools in and around Aurora
- Contract assignment through the remainder of the current school year
- Travel involved to multiple school locations within the region
