Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, preferably in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for pediatric students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student development and maximize outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and timely reporting for compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Offer guidance and participate in IEP meetings as a resource for speech and language development
