A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Kindergarten through 5th-grade caseload for the 2025/2026 school year in Augusta, ME. This contract position begins ASAP and extends through the end of the school year, offering a meaningful role within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments of students
  • Coordinate and document Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services utilizing both push-in and pull-out methods
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapy professionals, and parents to support student progress

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current State of Maine SLP licensure
  • Clearance from the Department of Education (DOE)
  • Experience working within school settings
  • Familiarity with AAC device usage preferred
  • Certification such as CCC-SLP is highly valued
