Travel School Speech Therapist | Augusta, Georgia
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Augusta, GA, serving students from elementary through high school levels across various school settings. The role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in speech and language therapy, evaluations, individualized education program (IEP) development, and data collection to support diverse student needs throughout the academic year until May 29, 2026.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to students across multiple schools within the district
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform student intervention plans
- Preparing and writing IEPs in compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting student progress data
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Traveling between different school sites to provide services, maintaining a flexible schedule
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia license for Speech Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) as an SLP is preferred
- Experience working with school-age populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Willingness to work onsite primarily, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days virtual)
