School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Auburn, Washington

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with school-aged populations (K-12 preferred)
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedication to creating inclusive, individualized interventions for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document students’ progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with classroom teachers and families
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, targeting both articulation and language needs
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies and state/federal regulations
- Serve as a resource for staff and families on speech and language disorders
