- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates are also encouraged
- Prior experience delivering speech, language, and communication therapy services in school settings
- Proficiency in assessments, IEP development, and data-driven intervention planning
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Compassion for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet IEP goals
- Deliver both individual and group therapy services to support growth in communication areas
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary
- Attend IEP, eligibility, and staff meetings as a valued professional resource
