Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy aligned with student requirements
- Accurately maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP development and discussions
- Partner closely with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families
- Offer consultation and actionable recommendations to support classroom success
- Track student growth and modify intervention strategies as necessary
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or be eligible for a valid Georgia SLP license and/or relevant educator certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred (Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply)
- Previous school-based experience preferred; pediatric clinical backgrounds warmly considered
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
