Speech Language Pathologist in Athens, GA

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and IEP plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services tailored to student goals
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, specialists, and families
- Provide recommendations and strategies that foster student engagement and classroom participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team consultations to drive holistic support strategies
- Continuously assess and adapt intervention methods based on student progress
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Georgia license as a Speech-Language Pathologist and/or required educator certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are also welcome
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings encouraged
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative abilities
