Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough speech-language assessments for students with various communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals, contributing actively to the creation and review of IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adjusting strategies as student needs evolve
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance reporting
- Actively contribute during IEP meetings and collaborate with educational professionals and families
- Offer actionable recommendations to classroom staff, supporting inclusive learning environments
- Track student progress and update intervention plans accordingly
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a valid Georgia SLP license and/or appropriate educator certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred—strong CF candidates welcome
- Prior school-based or pediatric clinical experience highly valued
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
