Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with diverse communication needs
- Design, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services tailored to student requirements
- Ensure thorough documentation of progress, compliance records, and detailed reports
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Partner with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, administrators, and parents
- Offer professional consultation to optimize classroom strategies and student outcomes
- Continuously monitor and adjust intervention plans based on progress and evolving needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia SLP license and/or pertinent educator certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows with strong potential are welcome
- School-based experience valued; candidates with relevant pediatric backgrounds are encouraged
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
