Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is ideal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and students
- Ability to organize, multitask, and manage a diverse caseload
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student support
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver both direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation for assessments, progress, and participation in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student progress
- Provide guidance and resources to support classroom strategies and interventions
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
