Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is ideal
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and students
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and manage a diverse caseload
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student support

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver both direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation for assessments, progress, and participation in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student progress
  • Provide guidance and resources to support classroom strategies and interventions
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
