Speech-Language Pathologist in Brighton, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech-language disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Organizational abilities to manage caseload and maintain compliance with IEP processes
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to assigned K–12 students onsite
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and write related reports
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate student progress with families and educators while providing strategies for classroom carryover
- Maintain detailed records in line with district and legal guidelines
