Speech Language Pathologist in Arroyo Grande, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC credential required
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years SLP experience necessary for top pay consideration
- Proficiency with SEIS documentation is a strong plus
- Commitment to providing only in-person services (virtual not available for this role)
- No SLPA supervision required for this contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure effective support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Adapt therapy plans to address individual student needs and goals
