Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC)
- Experience in pediatric therapy, ideally within a school environment
- Proficient in in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and deliver direct interventions
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, support staff, and families
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for students (elementary and another school caseload)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educational teams and caregivers to support each student’s goals
- Document progress, interventions, and outcomes according to school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Utilize telepractice as needed to ensure continuous support and service delivery
