Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric therapy, ideally within a school environment
  • Proficient in in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and deliver direct interventions
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, support staff, and families
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to helping each student thrive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy for students (elementary and another school caseload)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educational teams and caregivers to support each student’s goals
  • Document progress, interventions, and outcomes according to school and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Utilize telepractice as needed to ensure continuous support and service delivery
