Position Summary:
A school in Arbor Vitae is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support its early learning programs. This position focuses on providing speech and language services directly within 3K, 4K, and kindergarten classrooms, allowing the SLP to work alongside teachers and staff throughout the school day. The goal is to integrate communication support naturally into daily activities and routines while monitoring student needs in real time.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language intervention embedded within early childhood classrooms

Assist with observation, data collection, and progress reporting

Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations as needed

Create individualized treatment plans aligned with student strengths and IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Train and support classroom staff on communication strategies that enhance student participation
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Wisconsin SLP license
-
Eligibility for Wisconsin DPI certification
-
Experience in early childhood or preschool settings preferred

Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fully immersive instructional model
