Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Anoka, MN

Ideal candidates will have:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with current CCC credentials (CFY and SLPAs not eligible this year)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Current state licensure for Minnesota SLP practice (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt services to a diverse student population
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students PreK-12
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering engaging, culturally competent therapy sessions for students with a range of speech-language needs
- Maintaining clear communication with staff and families to support student progress
- Participating in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and professional development as needed
