Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license
- Schools or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
- Open to SLPs with CCC, those pursuing their CFY, and experienced SLPAs interested in a school setting
- Ability to collaborate with school teams, teachers, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ communication skills to achieve academic and functional success
