Compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in California.
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but all backgrounds considered.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing in-person therapy services on site.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
- Flexibility to work with a broad range of student needs and caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs.
- Administer assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop individualized plans and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school.
- Collaborate closely with educators and other specialists.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights.
