Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Andover, Minnesota

This assignment offers full-time hours and flexibility, including the possibility for hybrid scheduling. For clinicians seeking a permanent placement, a direct hire option is also available.
Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP environments
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across PreK–12th grades
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging diverse student demographics
- Availability for leave coverage mid-December to mid-January and April through May (onsite work required during these periods)
- Please note: Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs cannot be accommodated for this school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services tailored to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, provide progress monitoring, and maintain documentation according to school standards
- Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Serve as a proactive resource and advocate within a culturally diverse school community
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to effective service planning
