Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

This contract position offers the opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing onsite services to elementary and middle school students in and around Andover, MN. The primary focus will be covering multiple maternity leaves across several schools with varying start and end dates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech therapy services in a 3:1 service model (three weeks direct therapy, one week indirect services).
- Managing typical elementary school caseloads, including students in Setting III CDC.
- Providing therapy only, as evaluations are handled by a separate team.
- Working onsite Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Assignment details:
- Coverage spans four specific timeframes and locations to cover maternity leaves:
- Mid-December through March at an elementary school in Brooklyn Center (.4 FTE onsite)
- Late January through mid-March at an elementary school in Blaine (.8 FTE onsite)
- Ongoing through the school year at Roosevelt Middle School in Blaine (.5 FTE onsite)
- Early January through the end of May (.1 FTE onsite)
- The role requires flexibility in managing caseloads across these sites during the contract period.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with CCC credential preferred.
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings.
- Ability to provide therapy services efficiently within a 3:1 service delivery model.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate services across multiple locations.
