Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Kansas
- CCC-SLP certification strongly encouraged
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Comfortable with caseloads ranging from infants/toddlers up to high school-aged students
- Flexibility to cover a range of ages and adapt to different school environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services according to student IEPs and individual treatment plans
- Engage in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with educators and families
- Complete timely and accurate documentation and report writing
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
