In-Person School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Taylor, Michigan. This is a full-time, in-person position serving a K–12 student population within a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is committed to helping students achieve their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor and report student progress regularly
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
