Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, School Hours)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position. This role will serve a K–12 caseload, providing support to students across a range of grade levels and communication needs. We are open to both experienced clinicians and Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) who are eager to grow in a supportive educational setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students improve communication skills and thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Monitor and report student progress toward goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to SLP-CFY candidates
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
