Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a school environment
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable and organized, able to manage a full caseload
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, both in groups and individually
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for effective goal-setting
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to professional standards and school policies
