Speech Language Pathologist in Adairsville, GA

What We’re Looking For:
- Current certification in Speech and Language for the state of Georgia
- Successful experience or training working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to manage and support a caseload of elementary and middle school students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
- Passion for helping children develop their communication abilities and confidence
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to meet each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students and integrate speech goals into the classroom environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for all assigned students
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning opportunities
