Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 24/25 school year in Genoa, IL. Join our team at a special needs/therapeutic day school with a focus on serving students with moderate to severe emotional and behavioral challenges, including those in our Autism Center.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students aged 3 to 21 years old.
- Work with a supportive staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support academic and behavioral goals.
- Contribute to transition and life-planning services for students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois state licensure or eligibility
- Experience with moderate to severe emotional and behavioral challenges preferred
- Comfortable working with students in the Autism Center
