Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Indiana license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
