Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist
Location: San Manuel, Arizona
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' functional abilities and participation in school activities
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and training to students, teachers, and staff
Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of educational systems and laws related to special education
