Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and team members regularly.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Pennsylvania state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
