Job Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Therapist (SLP) for the remainder of the school year (will renew for the following school year). This is a unique opportunity to provide speech and language services to students while collaborating with a dynamic team of educators and therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Students with diverse needs
- Students who require AAC devices, as well as use PECS.
- Prefer candidates who are familiar with SEIS (Special Education Information System).
- Planning and Material Preparation
- Special programs/classes
- Meetings
- Evaluations and Report Writing
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in special education.
