Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed in Woodland, CA
Job Description: An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist in Woodland, CA. This position is ideal for a dynamic SLP who is dedicated to enhancing student communication skills and supporting their academic achievements in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
- Develop, manage, and refine Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for a diverse student population.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress.
- Work closely with school staff to foster an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid California SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
