Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Opening in Versailles, KY
Job Description: We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist in Versailles, KY. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to make a significant impact in a school setting, helping students enhance their communication abilities and succeed academically.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Design and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP) to meet each student's specific needs.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing updates and insights on student progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment plans and student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote an integrated approach to student wellness and education.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Current SLP license in Kentucky.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
