Soliant Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a rewarding school-based position in Hayward. Job Details:
- Type: Full-time, School-Based, W2 Contract
- Caseload: Elementary or Secondary (to be determined based on candidate preference and experience)
- Contract Duration: School year (with potential for renewal)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications:
- CA SLPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
