Soliant is hiring an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our school-based team near Dalton, GA. In this role, you'll support individuals with communication and swallowing disorders throughout the full school year 2024-2025.
**Position Details:**
- **Title:** Speech-Language Pathologist
- **Type:** Full-time (30-40 hours)
- **Location:** Near Dalton, GA
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
- Create tailored treatment plans and provide therapy services, such as speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy.
- Use various techniques to enhance communication and language skills.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to support students.
- Track and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience with diverse populations and age groups is valuable.
- Expertise in assessment tools and evidence-based practices.
